I just made a batch of chocolate caramel cupcakes with caramel filling, butter cream icing and toasted coconut on top. It may be the fanciest thing this Betty Crocker girl has ever made. I have no company coming. No event. No potluck to share with. No, nothing like that. Just a sad little mix of depression and chocolate cravings. I don't think this bodes well for the upcoming weekend.
